Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Requests for return of goods must be received within 30 days of the invoice. On in-stock and regular priced items, just return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. On products we have to special order from the manufacture or products marked down, there will be a 20% restock fee. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise. Bats must be still in the plastic. All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
